What we collect
Central Carpet Cleaning LLC, operating as Central Carpet Cleaning, uses the contact and service-address details, cleaning selections, notes and optional photos you submit to plan and provide cleaning, answer questions, manage bookings and payments, and maintain service records.
Unfinished bookings
When unfinished-booking follow-up is enabled, submitting your contact step saves your details and cleaning selections for Office review even if you do not finish. Optional recovery choices are separate from general marketing permission. Return tracking, when enabled and disclosed on the form, helps us recognize a previously submitted plan and avoid following up while you are still deciding.
Text messages and your choices
Service-text and marketing-text choices are separate and optional. We keep the submitted choices, phone number, exact wording and submission time as a record. Providing a number, booking a service or requesting a callback does not by itself grant marketing permission. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Providers and payments
Service providers may process information needed for hosting, appointment communications, requested marketing, payments or mailing. Payment details are handled by the payment processor; our CRM retains payment references and permitted saved-card details, not full card numbers or security codes. Saving a card requires separate permission.
Photos and booking links
Submitted photos help us review the work and document service. Sharing photos with an invoice or receipt is a separate choice. Booking links may include source or campaign tags so we can measure visits and completed bookings. This does not grant messaging permission.
Retention and requests
We retain information needed for service, financial records, customer requests and documented permission or opt-out history. Different records have different purposes and retention needs; this notice does not promise one deletion period for every record. Contact us to ask about access, correction, removal or messaging preferences. Necessary service, financial or opt-out records may need to be retained.
